Built to be trusted with your data — and honest about how AI is involved. Accessibility data is sensitive by nature. It can reveal how people with disabilities interact with your product, and sometimes, indirectly, that they have a disability at all. We treat it accordingly.

Data Handling — accessibility scan data and audit findings are stored securely and are never sold or shared with third parties. Access is limited to the people directly working on your engagement.
Encryption — data is encrypted in transit and at rest, using industry-standard protocols.

GDPR & Compliance — we process personal data in line with GDPR principles for any EU-connected engagement, and support data subject access requests directly.

AI Transparency — AdaptiveWiz uses AI to detect and remediate accessibility issues. We tell you when a fix is AI-generated versus human-reviewed, because "AI did this" and "a disabled expert verified this" are different claims, and you should always know which one you're getting.

Human Validation — every AdaptiveTest engagement includes review by real disabled testers using real assistive technology. AI accelerates our work; it does not replace the judgment of the people our products are built for.

Responsible AI — we do not train AI models on your product's user data without explicit agreement, and we do not use accessibility findings from one client to build competitive advantage for another.
